Collier Engineering is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, founded in 1981 by James L. Collier. Its services span civil engineering, landscape architecture, geotechnical work, surveying, and construction inspection, and it partners with 53 counties and 20 cities across Tennessee.

Its recreational sport surfaces practice covers site planning, existing court analysis, court and field design, resurfacing design, renderings, stormwater management, permitting, and construction inspection for public parks and school facilities.

The practice’s flagship pickleball project is Sgt. Jerry Mundy Memorial Park in Mt. Juliet, built for the city’s parks department. Collier designed and provided construction oversight for a facility with three asphalt tennis courts, four asphalt pickleball courts, a 51-stall parking lot, a viewing plaza, court and parking lighting, landscaping, and extensive stormwater improvements. The facility opened in November 2022.
