Then I started working with Bob Staszak at Impact Therapy, and in just four weeks he completely changed the trajectory of my recovery.Bob is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping his patients heal. He took the time to understand what was causing my pain, explained every step of the treatment plan, and gave me practical exercises that actually worked. I had a fantastic experience at Impact physical therapy in Orland Park after breaking my foot. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and supported. The facility itself is clean and well-organized.Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. A special thank you to Lynne, who was absolutely wonderful- so knowledgeable, patient, and motivating throughout the entire process. Lynne took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and create a plan specifically to my needs.Scheduling was also convenient. The staff was flexible, accommodating, and made it easy to find appointment times that worked with my schedule.Thanks to this team, I’ve made great progress. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for me and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of physical therapy!

I have been here at least once per year the last few years. They’ve really helped me rebuild function in so many ways from knees to hips. Tammy helped me first when I was struggling with weight and knee stability. Most recently, I was fairly limited from a hip impingement issue, and Bob S built a full plan with me to get back to lifting. With his guidance, I’m back to pretty heavy lifting after a few months. Would highly recommend this team. Very personable folks and easy to work with.

I have 3 athletic teenagers from irish dance to basketball to baseball to tennis to track. Bob G has been a Godsend to us. With each injury, he listens, understands how important the sport is to the patient, and helps you achieve your goals, injury free. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert Griffin at Impact, his knowledge and expertise has made my recovery from hip replacement a very smooth transition. The studio is very clean and well maintained. I made the right choice with Impact.
