This is the fourth time I needed physical therapy in the past 10 years and I wish I found Impact the very first time. I highly recommend Impact. Leo and Monica are outstanding Therapists, also the rest of the staff are amazing.

I've had a positive experience at IPT.Great staff, very friendly. Daniel is knowledgeable and professional. He's a great physical therapist. My treatment and recovery are going well. I'm here for a sports injury. My only criticism would be that this place appears to be geared more towards non sport related therapy. From what I've seen they treat alot of seniors. So perhaps if your looking for a facility that eats, sleeps and breathes with sports injuries and related therapy you may want to weight your options. Regardless, I would recommend this place and will continue my road to recovery here.

Once I discovered Impact Therapy in Norridge, I wasn't dreading having to go for PT. When you come into this space there is a. welcoming feeling from the receptionist who greets you, to the therapists that work with you. You will see people of all ages who are working hard to relieve their pain and gain their mobility and you will see therapists who are working with them who are so well trained in PT and they look so happy to be able to help their patients ease their pain and gain back their mobility. This place is special because it is totally centered on the well being of its patients.

I have Rachel as my therapist, and she is fantastic! so nice and pleasant and has been an excellent therapist so far. I requested this place with my attorney and doctor's office and it was very quickly approved, and I'm very happy that I chose this place!😎 Also I will add the place is very clean😄
