I had a phenomenal experience with Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics! I compete at a high-level in track and field and had a complicated case of ankle tendonitis. Dr. Kanaan listed carefully to all history symptoms, provided evidence-based answers to my questions, and had a treatment that very quickly provided resolution and got me training for the next season. With research on cutting edge treatments rapidly advancing, I would recommend that anyone who wants to get out of pain fast and not hope for the best with rest go here. While I take many steps to avoid injury, I am incredibly grateful to have this Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics on my team.

I am so glad I found Dr. Kanaan. I have had hip pain for over 3 years. I have gone through all the standard tests and procedures (steroid shots, physical therapy, etc.) I had minimal results and lots of side effects from those procedures. I did a lot of research to find an alternative to steroid shots, which is how I found Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics. The PRP treatment has given me about 80% relief! Dr. Kanaan is knowledgeable, kind, and explains everything. An added bonus is his staff. They are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend his office.

I've been to Dr. Kanaan maybe 5-6 times. I've come to rely on him to help me recover from joint issues. At my age (53), I've managed to injure shoulders, knees, and wrists through regular exercise. Dr. Kanaan's steriod injections have quickened recovery times significantly. I have yet to do a plasma injection treatment but I know where I'll go if I need one! Thanks, Dr. Kanaan!

After many years of knee pain I went to Dr. Kanaan to see if I could avoid surgery. He has been able to alleviate my pain and surgery. It has been seven years since my first appointment! I would highly recommend that you get his opinion for any pain or discomfort and not mask your pain with over the counter medications every day.
