Dr Incandela is great! He explains everything so that the patient can understand. He is friendly, great bedside manner and always asks if there are any questions. I know he is a very busy doctor but he takes his time answering questions to make sure we understand clearly. So glad I chose him for my surgeon.

The staff are very helpful and get the patient scheduled as soon as they can , they make registration very easy and are very friendly Dr Pflederer is pleasant, knowledgeable and competent. He is great interacting with my 92-year-old mother…..she does not mind when she has to see him and he explains everything to her so she can understand.

My question is, who doesn’t appreciate Dr Pflederer?! He’s the best in his field. Both of my knees have been replaced by him. As a patient it’s extremely important to me to have a strong and healthy relationship with my doctors. He never rushed me, always making me feel like family, not just a patient. Dr answers all of my questions and addresses my concerns no matter how many times I ask. I’m very grateful for Dr Pflederer. Dr. Incandela is the absolute best with repairing such broken feet. I never questioned him once. He has the best bedside manners of a doctor I have ever met. I have been going in every 3 weeks to see the Doctor and to undergo much worst surgeries in both feet then Dr. Incandela thought. Once this is all over, we will really miss the great cast guys that put me through pain (haha JK) changing casts every 3 weeks since October 9th. At first, they had to think I was nuts with the screaming in pain, especially Shane and Jeff. They made me feel better and that I can get through all this. I still have a long way to go, but so excited that after 8 months in casts the superior dream team has me on the mend. I highly recommend Dr. Incandela and all his team. You are in good hands with them. Thank you for your help! My daughter and I will be coming in to see you with some goodies as soon as I can walk, run and workout again. 🤗 Thank you Kathryn Williams

Dr. Thom and his student were professional, kind, and very quick. They both explained everything very well in a way that I understood. They answered all my questions and I left feeling confident and happy with the information I was given. Would definitely go back to him in the future if I needed a podiatrist.
