All Sports Physical Therapy is the best PT organization I've experienced since having various issues as a runner for over 10 years. They provide diligent attention, and they don't follow the typical paradigm of 1 physical therapist focusing on 10 patients at once like other places I experienced before finding All Sports. I'd like to highlight Martra, my favorite physical therapist!! She's super knowledgeable and has helped me with all my running ailments (hip, knee, ankle), and most recently my rehab from cubital tunnel syndrome after surgical decompression (elbow) due to working endless hours on a computer. Marta is kind, personable, funny, and has a tough love attitude when I'm down on myself after injury. I HIGHLY encourage coming to All Sports Physical Therapy if you have an issue. Marta is my go to but all the therapists are top notch. Overall the best experience in PT you can get in NYC!!

I’ve been coming to PT here 2 years now and have been really impressive by the level of commitment and dedication of the team here. Marta, in particular, is exceptional - so talented, professional and great at her job. Sasha is also an employee who I’ve come to rely on when I go and always get great treatment. They are the reason I choose this company / location and is the reason I can run again (!).

Dr. Martin misdiagnosed my knee, and the physical therapist exercises did not help at all, even after three months! My symptoms improved only a month after switching to another sports medicine doc and physical therapy location.

I have been coming to this practice for over a year for 2 different issues. Marta is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose me within the first few mins. She is optimistic and straight forward. She puts in the work and her patients have to do so as well. Thank you for showing me the way to heal with exercises that have now become a part of my lifestyle

TL;DR - Dr. Martin and the PT team are professional and kind, but the front desk is chaotic. Beware.Dr. Martin and the PT team here are excellent – efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, the administrative side is a different story. I went in for a follow-up with Dr. Martin, expecting a $50 charge, only to be charged $350 by the front desk without warning. When I requested an immediate refund and to cancel the appointment, I was told they couldn't issue a refund on the spot and would need to contact billing instead, which felt completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, I was then informed they don’t even accept my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) and should expect a $500 bill for my previous visit with Dr. Martin, even though on that initial meeting they in fact told me they do work with Anthem, which is why I wasn't charged in the first place.Overall, the experience was frustrating, and now I'm left to sort out this mess with my credit company and their billing department.
