This was our family's first visit, and we had such a wonderful experience that we're already looking forward to coming back.The amenities were excellent, and the water park at Captiva Landing was an absolute highlight for our kids. They had an amazing time, and it quickly became one of their favorite parts of the trip.We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining experiences throughout our stay. The food was consistently great, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Heather and Jillian went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly attentive, genuinely cared about ensuring every part of our dining experience exceeded expectations, and demonstrated a level of hospitality that is hard to find. Their dedication to guest satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on our family.The room itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom was on the smaller side, particularly around the toilet, and we noticed two holes on the back of the bathroom door, which appeared to be from it hitting the wall due to the limited space. The elevator also felt a bit dated. There is quite a bit of construction taking place, but we understand the property is expanding and improving. It never really interfered with our stay, so it wasn't an issue for us.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and left with wonderful memories. We can't wait to return, and we'll definitely be recommending this destination to our friends and family.

Marina slip so n/a on room. Dinner last evening was perfect in every way. Jillian was engaging, professional and creative. She tried to create drinks everyone enjoyed when no Malibu rum was stocked. She moved with us for dinner service and her recommendations ensured each of us were enjoying amazing entrees as well as delicious desserts! Well done South Seas!

Honest review. Beach view is very bad. Pictures attached. The front desk during check is was very not helpful. Said the only good restaurant is beach house and only the burger is good. Room was nice. Golf carts are 200 a day extremely overpriced. Room and view is also extremely overpriced. Cool with slides is nice

Shout out to Raheem for his amazing Bingo commentary. He made it so fun!!! Jennifer, Diane, and Curly were awesome bartenders at the pool! They kept me loose, relaxed, and sane. : ) Kate and Ernie were awesome trolley drivers. Learned so much about the island from them.

We are time share owners for over 25 years. Our stay this year was less than great. Taking away amenities that we always could participate in past visits is ridiculous. The new beach house restaurant is off limits. As well as the water park. Timbers is losing money by taking these things away. There needs to be a snack bar at the beach. The golf course is a joke. And try to find a place to park! The only plus was the Redfish grill and pool.bartenders were fabulous! Especially, Everton. Timbers should just buy us out!
