Shout out to Raheem for his amazing Bingo commentary. He made it so fun!!! Jennifer, Diane, and Curly were awesome bartenders at the pool! They kept me loose, relaxed, and sane. : ) Kate and Ernie were awesome trolley drivers. Learned so much about the island from them.

Amazing experience start to finish! Very quiet snd relaxing vibes. Would definitely stay here again when needing a chill getaway! Our favorite restaurant and bar was the beach house! Right on the ocean, with the most beautiful sunsets. Rob was our bartender/server and some of the best drinks we have ever had! He was so attentive and kind, we had to go back everyday we stayed here just to get his amazing service! 10/10 would recommend a vacation here.

they do not accept cash or credit cards. every one of your guests will have to have a wristband linked to your credit card if they buy something at the resort. when you check in they will charge your credit card $500 per day because you will spend that much. The food is poor quality at many of the restaurants at the resort. I will never book here again. The location is great but there are other places to stay for sure. The view from my condo was of construction. very disappointing. Tatiana at the beach house was a fabulous wait staff person.

We just came back from an amazing experience at South Seas- we have been going down for many years. After the hurricane it took a little bit for things to come back to normal-but we knew the wait would pay off. However, we just got back from our annual trip down there and they hit it out of the park over the last year with upgrading the entire resort.The resort upgrades were beyond amazing and more than perfect for our family with a 3 and 8 year old. The restaurants they put in, the work out facility, the water park, even the basic items around the Bayview pool. The workout facility is brand new with all Matrix equipment- while having the best layout of open space I have ever seen at a resort. They have added fishing pole rentals and even water sports to rent from.They have an awesome bar/restaurant at the waterpark, beautiful arcade, along with a child's hang out area. They added what South Seas has been missing for the many years we have been going down there.The staffing at all parks of the resort are top notch whether it is the pool, bar, check in, or maintenance. Kyle at the waterpark is a great guy as well!This is a must go if you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy a low key vacation with beautiful amenities. It is not over crowded, the resort is very safe, there are still resort upgrades going on (they do a great job keeping the work areas safe from general population), very clean, and beautiful landscaping.We can not wait to be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at south seas. My kids loved the waterside pool and sunset beach! My husband and I stopped into Provisions and LuAnn gave USA free slurpee and it made our day!! She’s the best!!
