Soleil Laurel Canyon is a beautiful neighborhood and it's all about the people. The neighbors in Soleil are friendly, active and super helpful with anything their neighbors, or neighborhood, needs. My spouse and I have lived here for 5 years with a beautiful home on the Fairways of Canton golf course and we love our house, our golf-side lot next to a system of walking trails, and we love our great neighbors. Btw, on clear days, the sunsets from the neighborhood streets are some of the most beautiful we have ever experienced. It's hard to find a 55+ community with this much to offer it's residents and the people make it the best 55+ community in North Atlanta area!

Soleil Laurel Canyon is an AMAZING, ACTIVE place to live. The variety of activities is endless and the energy/participation of the residents creates a fun buzz throughout the neighborhood. COME CHECK IT OUT and add 7 additional fun years to your life!

I love living here. It is like summer camp for adults. Tons of amenities - Tennis on clay courts, Pickleball, cooking clubs, all sorts of card games, indoor and outdoor pools, beautiful club house with a variety of events...too much to list. It is very well maintained and run by a quality management company and HOA board. I love the quietness at night and the ability to drive my golf cart to the golf course that intersects our community. You can do as much or as little as you want. People are very friendly.

My parents are looking to move from Florida. They purchased a house here but haven't moved yet. The area is beautiful with great views. The seems to be a lot going on and lots of activities planned. All the houses seem to be well kept. The clubhouse is really nice. There is just about everything you can imagine here to do. The pool looks really nice as well as the golf course but we have not played the course yet. Overall I would highly recommend.

Very nice homes. The security is very good. A lot of amenities and thing going on if you want to participate. This is a 55 and over community.
