SERV offers eight pickleball courts, six indoor climate-controlled for year-round play and two outdoor with riser seating, reservable online at $20 per hour non-primetime and $40 primetime, with paddle and ball rentals at $3 each and lessons available for newcomers. Check-in happens at the pickleball desk in the court warehouse, with waivers required and glow pickleball among the weekly events. Opened in February 2023 in the Promontory development, the cashless venue surrounds its courts with a street-food lineup spanning tacos, barbecue with Meat Mitch sauces, pizza and wings, smash bowls, and a vegan concept, plus three bars, a coffee shop pouring Messenger Coffee, two giant video boards, a live music stage, yard games, and a seasonal skate rink. Open to the public daily.
Wonderful venue to watch the World Cup! Terrific use of space with games, bags, large Connect Four outside. Cabanas and screens keep you cooler and out of the sun. Indoor and outdoor pickle ball courts. Various vendors offering food outside including tacos, pizza were reasonably priced. Great for families with young children and adult kids. Staff was pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Love music on Saturday nights during spring/summer months. Recommend.
Great place to chill and play some pickleball.Courts are well maintained. My boy Cameron facilitated us extremely well. The place was kinda dead for Friday but the minute it hit 9pm, it was packeddddd. THEY HAD GLOW PICKLEBALL. My phone died and that's why I couldn't take any picsGabby our server was fantastic. Drinks were always full 😉Food was decent too. Only gripe was the bowl. A buddy of mine ordered the bowl and the rice wasn't cooked at all. We didn't make a stink about it since the other food items were great. Tacos/Chicken Sando, all tastes good.Tons of space inside and out. I'll take more pics when we revisit.
Getting food there a hassle on a Saturday afternoon. It was hard to see the screen. Can we just order at the window? There was no one in front of us or behind us. Nope. She angled the screen so we could see a bit better. We wanted to order a flat bread that was on building menu but not on screen. She couldn’t pull it up either. Can we just order at window? Nope. Can we order a similar price item but get what we want. She was inside messing with the screen for so long we finally gave up. We’re hungry! Next we went to Tacodile. It was also hard to see screen but a bit better because it was on the other side. We got stuck at payment. We put credit card in every which way. It wanted us to pay with a gift card. It took TWO different people to get it to take our credit card. Why is this so hard?I must admit the nachos were good. There was as no line for drinks. But just like other places, they “suggest” minimum 18% for us to draw a beer and hand it to us. I know it’s “optional” but really???
Last night, I held my retirement party at your SERV Pickleball, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant—several of my guests even went out of their way to compliment the servers. The food was exceptional. Everything was prepared perfectly, and not a single item was left behind—always a great sign when hosting a large group. Our guests, some of which are foodies, couldn’t stop talking about high the quality the food was.The venue itself was ideal. Having access to the pickleball courts gave both kids and adults a fun activity, and the reserved area provided the perfect balance of privacy and space for our group to relax and celebrate.I was searching for a venue that delivers excellent service, great food, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. SERV Pickleball helped make my retirement celebration truly memorable.Respectfully, LC
Nice place. A bit like Leawood‘s version of power and light. I think they’re still working out a few bugs regarding food service. If you go to the bar to order food, it takes a very long time to come out even for tater tots. And they didn’t text to notify us that our tots had been sitting back there for five minutes already. So if they could work out a separate window for picking up the food (otherwise, you’re pushing ahead in the line to inquire), and/ or text when food is available, that would help a lot.
