This is a great establishment extremely well run by Mike and Greg. I was impressed with the club’s atmosphere and quality of courts. They have it all here at True!!! The LOB FATHER / dink master of IL / FL made a cameo on 3/31 and will definitely be back! The players are very friendly and it is well organized! What a wonderful club! Our first experience here was one that left us yearning for more!🏓 We were greeted by Matt who was THE BEST vibe to welcome us. We were celebrating my birthday and he made me feel extra special, he even offered to play whatever genre of music I wanted-truly exceptional customer service! He also took post-worthy pics for us to commemorate our experience which we appreciated! We took a lesson with Mary as we were all beginners and she was very fun, upbeat, patient and informative! She even gave me a branded towel as a souvenir since she knew it was my birthday which was so thoughtful! I will say after taking the lesson I would've loved a 2hr lesson option so there would've been more time to practice what we've learned, perhaps an option to offer in the future. We've been back since to practice our skills and had another great experience! A great local club, couldn't recommend it more!

Before flying to Albany, I researched pickleball courts to play on while I was in town. I decided to give True Pickleball a shot and found a pickleball home away from home. I participated in two Open Plays and also took a private lesson in the 4 four days that I was in the area. Here are my thoughts: Facility: The facility was outstanding. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff: The staff at True Pickleball were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made me feel right at home. My lesson with Patrick definitely helped me to improve my serve. If you are looking for a place to learn how to play, join a league or just have fun, True Pickleball is the place for you.

My favorite place to be! This facility is above all others in the area due to amenities, staff, cleanliness and just the general environment and community. Everyone that goes here is so friendly and welcoming and I just love spending my weekends here! The cabanas are just such a nice addition to the amazing courts and I love the comfy chairs in the front to settle in before playing. Highly recommend True to anyone - either a beginner who is wanting to take classes or a seasoned player looking for others to play with.

I was disappointed with my experience. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and left feeling that concerns were not handled appropriately. As a business owner myself, I value professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope management takes steps to improve how they interact with customers in the future. Low class place-says a lot about whoever is running this place.
