Lately I seem to be writing lots of terrible reviews. I'm not just cranky...it's a mess out there and no one answers when you try to speak to them directly. I purchased an all weather cover from Joola ($50) and it ruined my outdoor joola table . It basically melted onto the table. Buyer beware. They have not responded to me. I have no idea what to do now...

Extremely poor customer service experience. The agents are unreliable and frequently go back on their word, failing to honor previous commitments. I strongly advise looking into competitors with better service standards.

Just like the others have said, be warned… do not expect a single shred of customer service from them. You will get zero responses via email, zero responses via their online ticketing system, and absolutely no chance of ever connecting to someone on their customer support line. You have to legitimately try to run a company this poorly.

Absolutely the worst customer service, warranty process I've ever seen. Phone number is an absolute waste of time, long hold times only to be disconnected. Email response is terrible, useless information and days between responses. The app for registration/exchange is also pathetic, can't login, no response to reset password. I can't imagine the higher up management team is aware of this, if they were they would fire every customer service person and start over. They should be embarrassed with this type of customer service for such a large company. I would be happy to speak with someone, not a customer service person, an actual corporate level person to make them aware of how bad this is.

They need to hire more customer service. Trying to get a replacement pickleball paddle. They don't answer phone calls. The email communication was really slow. Finally they said they will process the order and should ship it out in 2-3 days. Three weeks later I still haven't received any email showing it is processed or shipped. Multiple email inquires ignored.
