What a great resort. I hope that they will add more to the pickleball amenities!Update 1/2/26: Lowering my review to 4 stars because of the obnoxious, dark-haired older woman in Guest Services who can't stop cackling. I can hear you, dear, and I think you know that. Do better.

Came in my 5th wheel to stay for 10 nights. Pricey, glad they took Passport America for 7 nights. That brought down the price. Spaces are tight because you are set up next to permitted residents in mobile homes. But I’m just glad I found this place that is 20mins from our daughter.

Stayed 2 nights during a new RV purchase. More of a tiny house community than RV park. The streets are narrow and the entire facility is very congested. But it was very clean, the staff very friendly and the location was near many shopping areas.

Winter visitor and have spent 5 months at this incredible facility. There’s something for everyone/ activities covering 2 full pages / people are friendly/ property is maintained and facilities are clean and safe. Several events in the New Grand Ball room have been amazing. I find the Location in Mesa is great to get to any event in the Valley/ We are Pet owners have a dog 5 dog parks within which are kept clean by the pet owners unfortunately there is the odd pet owner who fails to look after their PET DEPOSIT/ Pet owners have created a big social group among themselves and the love of animals . The live bands/ dancing afternoons in courtyard with FOOD and bar service makes this a incredible RESORT FOR ACTIVE SENIORS / many who have come for 20 wand more. TRY IT YOU’LL LIKE IT

Lived here. It was great until they eliminated tennis courts. Also Mgr did not address a tenant's scary verbal abuse to neighbors. He said We'll, she has some brain damage." Even more of a reason to address a serious issue. Moved instead.
