From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and genuine hospitality. The resort’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, creating the perfect setting to unwind. Our kids had a blast in the pool and lazy river, and seeing them enjoy themselves made the trip even better. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Main issue for me was how much was closed for remodeling, and that the pools area was very underwhelming. The water slide broke down the day we arrived, and with assurances each day that it'd be working the next day, it never resolved after 4 days. 🙁Lastly, the food options at the resort were dramatically overpriced, and the food quality did not rise to the level of expectation. The Antidote bar though, over looking the lake on the golf course, however, was quite nice in the later evenings.The Kierland Commons shopping and dining center across the street from the resort did offer plenty of quality dining options.The fact we had a heat wave in June really emphasized the lack of amenities on the resort grounds themselves.

Very nice hotel - I've stayed here twice and both times have been enjoyable. There are so many places to walk to for shopping and for dinner. The hotel pools are great for families and the golf course is beautiful to look at. Overall, great experience. Make sure you catch a sunset from the back patio.

I recently stayed at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa for a conference and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well run. The conference and meeting spaces were excellent and worked perfectly for our group.The staff did a great job with all of our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was well organized and very well prepared. The entire conference was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end.Overall, this is a first class resort with a first class conference center. A really good experience all around.

Had a fabulous time at Westin Kierland Scottsdale last weekend. It was a great getaway. The location and amenities were the best! We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet also. Everyone was so accommodating. We had a few hiccups but manager, Mario was beyond helpful and understanding. Made the end of our stay a plus. Can't wait to visit again.
