Great amenities. Golf and pro shop/dining are awesome. Bingo and trivia fun. Pool and work out room are great. Staff is really nice and professional. It is a safe community. However…As in any neighborhood, there are some great folks and some not so nice.ones. (90/10% ratio). I would recommend this as a 65 and older community. Also, the plane noise from Luke AFB is a challenge.

Very nice and well maintained facility. Lots of activities to take advantage and very nice golf course. The pool is nice, especially the hot tub with fireplace immediately adjacent. The location is OK, but lots of noise from the jets coming into and out of Luke AFB. Also, not much in the immediate neighborhood, should you want to walk to the store or other.

We enjoyed the Luke Air Force Base air show. The pool was closed for 3.5 days out of our 7 day stay. The day we were checking out, we looked through the welcome packet to find the check out time but it was not listed anywhere. The front gate gentlemen came by in the morning and we asked him what the checkout time was; he said 11:30 or 12:00. We asked if we could leave by 1:00 and he said he wouldn’t throw us out and laughed - very nice man! At 12:30 we got a phone call from the office and this lady was NOT NICE AT ALL!! She said we needed to be out now and that was that! This could have been handled so much better but she chose to scold us. We will not be back! We heard from several people in the park that the office ladies are not easy to deal with at all. We were there a week and never complained about the pool or anything, but we were basically yelled at to leave immediately! She didn’t care what the nice gentlemen told us earlier, she was the final say. It was not a pleasant way to leave and we paid very good money for the week we stayed. Too bad!

We stayed in the RV Park. It's old school but pretty nice and could use more concrete (like a pad to park on). The Patio's are pretty narrow. The Picnic tables are nice. The pool is nice, but the exercise room has really old equipment and I probably wouldn't take a shower in the bathrooms. The Golf Course has a good layout, but it is pretty run down. It probably hasn't been rated in years and my Grint GPS wouldn't work. We cancelled our second tee time.

★☆☆☆☆

Terrible customer service. We booked 3 nights for our RV to hang out at the pool and clubhouse. We arrived and it was closed for renovations. So we left for another resort. The office is not open for the weekend so the guard said he would let them know we left because the pool wasnt open. We got a refund, but they kept a $50 cancellation fee. Amazing I would NEVER stay here...lots are gravel...no trees..hidden in the long term trailer stays.. and the customer service is terrible. Stay away
