⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an excellent experience with Dr. McKnight and the entire team at OrthoCarolina. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. McKnight took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.What stood out most was his genuine care, patience, and expertise. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how compassionate and knowledgeable he was throughout my visit. The staff was also friendly, organized, and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.I highly recommend Dr. McKnight and OrthoCarolina to anyone looking for top-tier orthopedic care. We had a wonderful experience with Brian Scannell at OrthoCarolina. He provided outstanding care for my daughter and made the entire visit feel comfortable and reassuring. At first, she was nervous about the appointment, but after meeting him, she felt completely at ease. He was incredibly kind, patient, and very kid-friendly. I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything it gave me confidence in his care and recommendations. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience!

I recently saw Dr. Dockery at the University City location for a shoulder issue that I have been dealing with for several years. This was my first visit with him and all went very well. Check-in was an easy process, I was called back promptly by Xavier who was very thorough in going through my history, current issues, meds, etc. and handed me off to Jamie to get x-rays done. She did a good job getting the images completed for Dr. Dockery to figure out the best course of action. This whole process was very efficient and went smoothly. Dr. Dockery was very personable, patient with me, as well as a good listener and explained things clearly. He was able to give me a cortisone shot to help get my pain and inflammation under control. I am so grateful for the care and concern shown by all at this office…a great team of doctors and Staff! Even though this was a busy day in their office, the visit ran on time with this efficient group working so well together. I highly recommend OrthoCarolina- University City for any ortho issues!!

Great visit today. Front desk was pleased with very good communication and customer service. Due to my hearing issues. I sometimes can not hear what is said during conversation. I appreciate the fact the young lady was pleasant and did not rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. The doctor was Awesome!! Make me feel comfortable. And cared for right away. He made sure I understood what my visit was al about. His bed side manners were a natural part of demeanor. He put me at ease. I felt very comfortable talking to you. He ask me if I had questions for him. And if I understood what we discussed He and Dr Dockery need to coin this. Because it a rare thing to find these days. As a senior I appreciate it so much.
