Robert Meyers is wonderful. He explained everything in detail that was going on with my neck and outlined the steps we need to try before surgery. I also see Dr. J.C. Clark and absolutely love him. I never have a problem getting in to him, he's very thorough and explains everything so you understand. I also see Dr Van Straten. He is amazing. So personable and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure i understand my plan of care fully before I left.

I was informed meds would no longer be filled because I took pain meds without checking with ORA. I simply forgot to ge honest. I was informed I haven’t been in the office for a year imid June of 2026. Well, I was informed meds the office Hanuary 2026, so I have been. In March my first offense, why didn’t I get a call from you or someone at the office? In fact, NO ONE from this office has bothered to see his I was doing. Not one phone call, email communication, or a note via mail. So on the day of my appointment you tell me you’re releasing me as a patient!!! You could have told me over the phone. I seriously didn’t remember to run anything by this office, probably because I wasn’t treated like a patient anyone at your office was concerned about.

Dr.John Can Straten was very patience, understanding and very knowledgeable of my condition and concerns. He communicated very well with me and his team. The empathy he showed during my visit, blew me away and allowed me to trust him throughout the process. I spoke to my fiancé about my visit and she has decided to book an appointment with Dr.Straten. Keep up the great work Dr.Straten, you are greatly appreciated!

We visited the ORA Urgent Care in Moline, IL. They were very efficient, kind & compassionate. My father had such a huge bruise from bumping his arm while on blood thinners, and it was still hurting him due to all of the blood not being absorbed by his body. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, and she took care of him with great skill. Thank you Nurse Practitioner Johnson & Nurse Johnson!

I'm always hesitant meeting a new doctor but Dr. VanStratton was personable and professional. He was well informed about the treatment performed by my previous Dr. THAT retired. By the time I left, I was comfortable with the plan of action and trusting him with it.
