I'd highly recommend Impact Physical Therapy. Their office is responsive, communicative about insurance policies & costs, and makes scheduling a breeze. The physical therapists themselves are very knowledgeable, skilled in their respective focus areas, and kind/easy to talk to which makes sessions go by faster and more painlessly.

I’ve been to many PT locations for my back pain, and I’ve always gotten a cookie cutter approach - not at impact! Kyle took the time to really listen and look at the root cause of my back pain. He explained his findings eloquently and has laid out a great treatment plan. 10/10 recommend!

Giving 3 stars because I’m sure the service they provide is great, but I wouldn’t know because the process to schedule an appointment is SO complicated.I submitted an inquiry on their website. After 12 hours, I got a response telling me to call to schedule an appointment. I called the next morning and they took down my info to call me back and schedule. I missed their call back an hour later and called back 3 minutes later, to which they took down my info AGAIN and said they would call me back. It has now been 2 hours and I haven’t received that call back.As a potential new client, scheduling the first appointment should be easy. I decided to go somewhere else where scheduling was much easier and my initial assessment would be no cost.

I tore my ACL and saw Kyle, who came highly recommended, and after working with him, I completely understand the praise and cannot recommend him enough! Not only did he help me avoid surgery, but he and Nicole made physical therapy something I looked forward to. I didn't know healing a torn ACL could be so enjoyable! Kyle is so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my knee, which then was reflected in the quick progress I was able to make. I also had the pleasure of getting to work with Nicole and Gabe who are both such a delight and made my exercises fun with their company. There were a few times when I was working with Nicole that I foam rolled a little extra just so I could keep talking to her, which is a big deal because I hate foam rolling. I felt so celebrated and encouraged along each step of recovery. I've already recommended Kyle and the team to another friend who tore her ACL (2025 was a bad year for knees.) Thank you Kyle, Nicole, and the Impact Team. In case Kyle or Nicole see this, "Thank god I tore my ACL!" :)

I am, unfortunately, a frequent flyer at PT. I’ve been to a lot of clinics and I’ve had the best PT experience ever at Impact. My most recent glute/hamstring issues were very stubborn and I wrote it off as middle aged lady stuff. But after three sessions with Kyle I’m feeling better than I have in 6 months (and there has been plenty of PT in that time that didn’t help much). These folks know their stuff.
