Stayed on 6/21-6/22/2026 and I had an exceptional experience! I’ve been coming here for family stay-cation since I was a kid and now bring my own kids here! The pools are awesome and we love how the rooms are set up! Allows for the kids to have a space to relax and us adults! On this trip we were checked in by Luisa (might have the spelling wrong) and she hooked me up for my bday! We were originally Planning on staying in Sedona but the fires made that not possible and after mentioning that in a response to what our plans were she upgraded my room and waived the resort fee. We couldn’t have been more appreciative! The room was awesome! And we’ve never stayed in that premium suite room but will be on the next visit with the kids cause we loved it so much! Not only did she make my birthday better but definitely without knowing upsold us to the better room for the next stay! Thank you Luisa and Hilton!
My brother rented a suite it was nice and was big enough for our family. 4th of July Holiday weekend this place was super packed. Very little parking. All pools were packed. Water looked cloudy, pool decks should/could have been power washed and cleaned. I never got into that water and I was to scared to even walk barefoot on pool deck looked black, people's drinks/trash just left everywhere, and bird poop everywhere. Our Kiddos seemed to have had fun in the water but I saw many kids all scratched up. The bar had NO NONE ALCHOHLIC SLUSHES. But they had plenty of alcohol. I know we are not in Japan but I wish people would pick up after themselves, their kids and try to help keep places nice.
Huge shout out to Amy at the front desk who was very customer service oriented and very informative she made our stay even though it was third party so pleasant. This resort had it all and we will definitely be back we even contemplated adding another night to our stay but due to work we had to leave thank you so much Amy. Also the attendant at night sorry to forget your name but you were very kind to heat up our food even tho the microwaves were all dispersed already I made sure to let the manager know we really appreciated the gesture. Thanks also to Jeff for the timely golf cart pickups and drop offs you were also very informative and pleasant to talk too. One last shout out to Saul in housekeeping you definitely helped us figure out a few things we were wondering.
Overall had a good experience at this hotel! We were carted around to where we wanted to go since the grounds are so large. One out of the 7 pools was being maintained so it was closed. Gabby at the desk did a great job at assisting us at check out. We booked on Groupon so we got a $30 voucher for food and drinks onsite. Room was clean and had everything we needed.
The rooms were nice, the architecture of the resort was interesting with lots of different buildings along the Hillside. The inside of the room were not five star because they were obvious aesthetic blemishes and the bathroom door rubbed heavily on the ground when opening. The restaurant Different Pointe of View was nice, the food was as good as expected for a restaurant of that quality but nothing special. The pools are great especially for families, I highly recommend renting a cabana.
