I’ve been going to HCI in Bee Cave, TX for my morning workouts, and it’s a great place to train. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of machines and free weights for all kinds of workouts. Even during busy hours, it never feels crowded because of how well the space is organized. One thing I really like about this center is the variety of activities it offers — from basketball and pickleball to several scheduled fitness classes, so there’s something for everyone. There’s also ample parking, both open and covered, which makes coming here super convenient. Some of the equipment could use a slight upgrade, but everything functions well, and the overall environment stays positive and motivating. The gym has a great community feel and is perfect for both beginners and regulars.Overall, a solid fitness center in Bee Cave with great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere.Perfect for: Morning workouts, group classes, and all-round fitness 🏋️‍♂️🏀

They have good equipment and a nice turf field for soccer and basketball courts. Unfortunately, the area for athletes is only available for classes (turf field with sled). Also the people who work out here are inconsiderate. No one wipes the machines down and it's pretty gross. I think it would be improved if they got wipes instead of paper towels + spray. Better then golds though.

If I were an investor in this incredible facility, I would be furious to know that this club is hemorrhaging hundreds of thousands of dollars every month as a direct result of incompetent management. It is blatantly obvious to anyone that has any experience in a successful gym environment that the management at HCI, especially in the fitness department, does not care in the least. As a result, you will notice that there is no level of expertise, no culture, no depth of service beyond the equipment they have to offer. Unlike every other successful gym I have ever seen, this facility offers little to nothing by way of instilling training philosophy, creating culture, engaging with members or any real level of fitness expertise. It's like walking into a dentist's office and cleaning your own teeth. The people tasked with this job are the personal trainers and the fitness manager. As it is, most of them dress like they are going to the beach and are about as enthusiastic about their careers as someone flipping burgers through college. As a member, it makes the experience dull, lifeless and lacking energy. It's not what the management are doing, it's what they are not doing. A good gym will make you feel like you are a part of a community, and even a movement. There is none of that here besides a margarita and taco night every couple of months, but we all know - that's not fitness. For a gym that has half-million dollar cars in their parking lot most of the day, it's unbelievable HCI doesn't want to offer a higher level of service to their community. The opportunity cost is beyond belief. One can help but wonder, how much longer HCI can go on, riding on the fact that the facility is nice and there aren't many other options within a 20 minute drive. Eventually, the incompetent get eaten by the competent, it's just a matter of time.Facility: four stars Cleanliness: four stars Equipment: four stars Management: one star Value: one star The fact that your car probably won't get broken into in the parking lot: five stars

Pros:Overall a great gym that caters to families or people that enjoy indoor basketball, soccer, volleyball, group classes, and an indoor running track.Very clean, friendly staff for the most part. Great personal trainers.Locker rooms are very well maintained. Sauna. Abundant amount of lockers available throughout facility.Cons:In regards to fitness equipment in terms of lifiting, it gets the job done. Equipment is well maintained, but it slightly lacks behind what golds gym or Raw power offer in the surrounding area. The weight lifting room can sometimes often be a bit busy with young high schoolers. So take that as you wish. The gym also requires a month notice in advance to cancel which is a bit of a sleezy tatic to suck one last month out of leaving members. Hence the 4 stars and leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth being forced to pay for an extra month.

This is my second home. I can't say enough nice things about this gym and the staff. You will love this place if you are an active family with young kids. The facility is amazing, clean, and consistent; it's always well-staffed with incredible people. I'm a member for life.
