All Sport has been around for a long time and definitely is one of the best gyms I've ever joined. But, what I don't like is that rules are not really enforced. You're supposed to clean the equipment and put away the weights after use. I can't tell how many times I've had to clean up after someone else and out away some guy's 45 lb weights they left on the machine. I've even seen personal trainers on the floor who don't clean up. Customer service is typically good as is front desk personnel. However, be careful getting a protein shake. Very expensive and there's no guarantee the person, especially one guy with dark curly hair, will be able to execute one the way it is on the menu. One woman ordered a protein shake from him and said it tasted horrible. He forgot to put in the vanilla whey protein and argued with her that he did, then said in a belligerent tone, so you want me to make another? He forgot to put in the yogurt in mine but I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry. But at $10, you sort of want your item to be good. Going back to the gym itself, the equipment is good but the upstairs cardio room could use an overhaul, especially the carpet.

I recently joined this gym and have had a great experience so far! The facility is clean, has tons of great amenities, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I'm so glad I joined and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

First time meeting with a trainer. Was disappointed that the trainer I was told I would have had someone else booked. And I was given to somebody else. I was not called or advised that this was happening. And I was originally given the first trainer, because they felt she would be better able to advise me on which trainer would be a good fit for me. Instead, I was set up with a trainer who was very nice and went over things very thoroughly, but there was no option, it did not seem like, I was assigned to him.And he was the one who would be training me.So now we'll see how things go.

Staffs are friendly and nice. The pools are clean and clear. Changing room was clean, they provided shampoo and body wash in the showers room. They have best facilities for the school field trip. Staffs and lifeguard did the best job for the safety of kids.

Disappointed - had an incident with my child’s basketball so I called and asked to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back - it has been more than a week and no call. My child followed up with front desk and did was told someone would reach out and still nothing. I am sure they probably could not help but for how much is paid a month, I would expect a call back as I was told I would get one. Nice gym but just disappointed.
