Courtney is absolutely fantastic and incredibly talented! Her office is in a perfect location in Las Olas and has such a charming, well-cared-for atmosphere. The intake process was very thorough, with clear explanations of what we’d be working on and how to best address my specific needs (my left shoulder issues).During the session, Courtney explained what she was noticing through her work and shared helpful tips on how to relieve the painI felt so cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. I’ve been seeing Courtney for almost two years and cannot recommend her enough. To start, she has setup a lovely space where you relax as soon as you walk in, she is friendly, and super professional.I’ve seen many massage therapists over the years and she is the first one to keep detailed notes of what we work on every session. That makes it feel like true on going care tailored to you and not just one off sessions.For example, all week I had been dealing with neck and back pain waking up through the night due to the constant annoying ache. In our session she immediately knew what the new flare up was and what was cause by some on-going back tightness we’ve been working on.Last night I sleep better than the last couple of weeks and woke up pain free 💆🏻‍♀️✨Whether you just want to relax or need targeted pain management Courtney has your back (literally 😉)

Up front, I fortunately have been able to experience massages in many different cities in the U.S. as well as other countries. I will admit that I had apprehension of the cost for Courtney's massage, but I decided to go for it and treat myself. In all of my massage experiences, let me break down the comparisons - 1. This is my 1st experience with this kind of technique and it was amazing and the best technique I have experienced. 2. Of all the masseuse/masseur I have experienced, Courtney has extremely strong hands and her intuitive/trained hands seem to find every knot, adhesion or any other muscular area that needs treatment. 3. As a masseuse she is confident, calm, extremely knowledgeable and shares hee positivity. Even though I live in Ohio, the next trip to the Fort Lauderdale area will include an appointment with Courtney.

I had an incredible experience at Courtney Adams Massage. From the very beginning, the intake interview was thoughtful and respectful, Courtney helped uncover issues in my body that I wasn’t even aware of.Every detail leading up to the massage felt intentional and personalized, like a glass of water with my name on it. You immediately feel like you’re getting VIP-level care. During the session, Courtney worked muscles I didn’t even realize I had, and by the end I felt light, relaxed, and almost floating.What really set the experience apart was what came after. Courtney took the time to explain what she found and which areas we should focus on moving forward. I play basketball regularly, and everything she pointed out made complete sense based on my lifestyle and activity level.I felt reinvigorated for days afterward. I’ve never experienced anything like this before,I immediately recommended her to everyone I play basketball with and booked a follow-up session. I can’t recommend Courtney enough.

Courtney is a master at her craft. I’ve been getting regular massages for over 10 years, and no one is as knowledgeable as Courtney. Her studio space is clean, serene, and makes you feel calm and at ease. Her knowledge of the human body shows in the care she provides to you. I have had neck and shoulder issues most of my life, and I finally feel like I found a therapist who can focus on my needs. She makes you feel calm, relaxed, and addresses all your concerns. Thank you, Courtney for one of the best massages I’ve had. Cant wait to return.
