I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service I received at the office of Xavier X Morenos in Silvis Illinois. This office administrative staff was consistently dismissive of giving a phone number of someone I could talk to resolve the issues of getting an appoint with the doctor. Calls and messages are frequently ignored, making it nearly impossible to get a straight answer regarding appointment. Calls all went to a number never answered and going to voice mail. Request were made to leave name and number and primary nurse Jamie promised to call back. Wait all day long for calls that were not returned. She did poor job of following up getting the information she needed to make appointment. I felt my that my concerns were not taken seriously even with my offer of doing whatever I could do to help get what she needed to make appointment. The lack of communication and poor management made a stressful situation much worse. I would highly discourage anyone from utilizing this office's services until they get their scheduling and customer service issues under control. There comment to me was I was rude to their staff in fact their staff were rude to me. I have worked with numerous ORA offices this year without any problems except this office, I have no issue with the Dr Moreno, but he should realize the failure of his staff and the real story behind their service and why people would be frustrated with their service.

Easy access to provider and Jamie Porter PA was amazing. She took time to answer all my questions and discuss a plan of care. She did not make me feel rushed and I felt heard. And her technique for my cortisone injection was painless!

Dr Edward’s has been awesome and very patient in waiting for my work comp insurance company to cooperate. The staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting has also been great! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me to this point!

Went to Dr. Stewart to inquire about a hip replacement surgery. He was very friendly with good bedside manner. He explained the whole process in detail, making me feel comfortable about making my decision to move forward.

Tom VonGilleran did an excellent job addressing the issues I have. He was very thorough in his examinations. He explained everything very clearly so that i could understand what was happening in my hands and shoulders. He proceeded to tell me what steps can be taken to alleviate my issues. I will follow all of his suggestions and advice, and proceed with the steps that he/we will take to solve the issue. I mentioned to him that i currently feel like a science project, one that he can solve. Also he spent enough time with me to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you! Vida Luth
