Dr. Chrissy deserves 100 stars! I cannot recommend her and her team at Precision Performance Sports highly enough. I came to physical therapy with an overuse injury in my left foot. My MRI showed a stress reaction, bone cyst, sesamoiditis, and a plantar plate ligament tear in my big toe. As a dancer, I wanted someone who truly understood what my body needed, where I needed it to be, and how to help me get there. The pain had gone on for months with no relief. My doctors told me to stop dancing and wear a boot for five weeks but I was still in pain. Since this was my first injury, I was devastated and worried that I might never be able to safely return to doing what I love. From the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Chrissy was incredibly warm and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and was impressed by her knowledge and attentiveness. She took the time to perform a thorough evaluation, asking detailed questions and analyzing my movement through various positions and exercises. During that very first session, she provided me with relief that I didn't think was possible. More importantly, for the first time in six months, she gave me hope that I could recover and be pain-free again. She also worked with me to create a treatment plan that fit my financial situation. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cares about her patients and their overall well-being.Don't waste your time at other clinics that provide generic exercises, leave you alone while they document on the computer, and limit visits to 45 minutes. I genuinely looked forward to seeing Dr. Chrissy every week! She is worth every penny. She gives you her full attention and the full hour. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I was amazed that every session taught me something new about my body and recovery. I especially loved the variety of treatment approaches she utilized, including manual therapy, dry needling, adjustments, and targeted exercises. Every session was personalized and tailored to my needs. Shoutout to her staff as well. Mia and Dr. Mary were always great and super friendly! :)Thanks to Dr. Chrissy's expertise and guidance, my left big toe pain resolved after about a month and a half. Throughout the entire process, I always felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. If you're looking for a physical therapist who is compassionate, thorough, and truly invested in helping her patients succeed, I highly recommend Dr. Chrissy and Precision Performance Sports. I will absolutely continue to utilize her services in the future and recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Chrissy for restoring my hope, eliminating my pain, and helping me get back to dancing. I will be forever grateful! 💗💗💗
I cannot say enough good things about Precision Performance And Sports Medicine. After injuring my SI joint while lifting weights, I was dealing with severe pain (lower right back) that made it difficult to sleep and get through daily activities. I saw a doctor and was prescribed pain medication, but was hesitant to take anything. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. My physical therapist was an excellent listener who took the time to fully understand my symptoms, concerns, and how the injury occurred. The evaluation was incredibly thorough, and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to identify the underlying cause of my pain. The results were remarkable. After just my first session, I felt 100 times better. The treatment significantly reduced my pain, improved my mobility, and gave me immediate relief. In fact, the physical therapy was so effective that I never needed to take the pain medication that had been prescribed my doctor. In addition to the in-office treatment, I was provided with a personalized home exercise program that helped me continue my recovery on my own. I am incredibly grateful that I chose physical therapy at Precision Performance And Sports Medicine. Their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to patient care made all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with sport-related pain or an injury.
Dr. Chrissy takes the time to listen and see what’s going on and then provides the means to work through the issue with you. Highly recommend
Dr. Chrissy is the best physical therapist I have seen in all my years of training, both at the collegiate and post collegiate level. She takes a whole body approach to ensure that your body is moving in the most optimal way. With her help, I have been able to come back quickly and better than ever from a femoral neck stress fracture. As an athlete herself, Dr. Chrissy will work with you to figure out how to best get you back to doing what you love. One of the many skills that set her apart from other PTs is her dry needle work. She is top notch at providing instant relief to your trouble spots. Even though I have recovered from my injuries, I plan to continue to work with her to become a better, stronger runner and athlete for years to come.
I have been in physical therapy more than I would like to admit due to sports-related injuries and surgeries. Having worked with many different PT professionals during my time as an athlete - from high school through college and competing after college - I can say with assurance that Dr. Chrissy is one of the best out there. Her anatomical expertise, wide range of therapies, whole body approach, and sincere attention and support - all are truly exceptional and I could not be more fortunate to have found her. She has been instrumental in keeping my body healthy. Thank you Dr. Chrissy!
