Very rude lady at the front desk. She was very lazy wasn't take the time to write down the number that I needed to call because they were unwilling to help me with a fractured wrist. Staff unwilling to assist in any manner. Unwilling to put in any efforts. Worst experience at a doctor's office ever. Took off work and wasted half my day trying to be seen. I did not recommend this place and I will never consider them in the future

Very unprofessional staff. after 25 minutes of waiting and not being seen at an 8am appointment, i asked what the hold up was, was told my apt was at 815, it was not i have the appointment card, after complaining for the wait the workers comp lady came in and told me she would take me back for my xray on my shoulder, which is a big problem considering my knee is the problem. None of them seemed to care. I walked out.

Some of the staff was just completely and utterly rude. I was helped by a nice lady named Gwen first, she got me everything I needed and was just a great help. But, when I called back Friday, to schedule an appointment, I got hung up on mid call and they closed 30 mins early. I wasn't able to ever leave a message but the voice box was full, every time. So I called back today, on Monday, and was not answered with a hello but a person asking what I wanted. I tried to explain my situation, but the lady on the line, who never gave me her name just sounded so disinterested. When I tried to schedule an appointment she said there wasn't any availability for some weeks. And as I tried to mention that wouldn't work, and if there were any other offices, she hung up mid-call again. I am completely taken aback by the lack of professionalism.

Awesome team but the wait is always long. I scheduled first thing in the morning to avoid a long wait but it didn’t make a difference. How can they be 40 mins behind and they just opened? They have no respect for people’s time. I find it ironic that the charge for “no show” appointments. Can I get a discount for wasting my time?

Great staff and excellent surgeons! Fixed my rotator cuff, in fact, I think it's even better than it was before my accident! Workers comp gave me the run around and Dayton Ortho worked with me while waiting for my lawyer to fix the mess I had with my case. I highly recommend them. They truly care about their patients.
