I received the best care here. The people are so friendly and helpful. The cost was low. The service was very prompt and excellent. With xrays and treatment, I was there maybe 45 minutes. I highly recommend. Thank you bunches to each one of you for the excellent service.

They send my son to do an MRI on his shoulder because he had a popping sound ( no pain). They got the report in 3 days from the MRI center but never called us about the results. My son called and left a message after 3 weeks and they never called back. I had to call again and leave another message ( they don’t answer the phone) about the MRI results. So, after a month since the MRI, they called back and said my son had to make an appointment to get the results. The day of the appointment they asked for the CD from the MRI center. Mind, they never mentioned that when we called to make the appointment or emailed or texted asking to bring it. The lady at the front desk had an attitude and was rude when I showed her the text my son got not mentioning any CD. So, my son had to go back home to get it. Then, after 15-20 minutes, she said they could get the images so he didn’t have to go get it 😡. Horrible experience overall, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Would suggest in a pinch, but if you can go anywhere else. Do that. Went in for a sprain and was seen by the Doctor a few weeks ago. I was told to schedule a follow up appointment and was given an appointment of 1:30. When I came back there was no appointment. I was told it probably wasn't put in because they didn't know who would be there so I could be seen as a walk in. I specifically asked for an appointment and if that wasn't possible they should have told me so I could have come in earlier. Then when I tried to make an appointment for another time, I was told that it didn't matter if I had an appointment because they couldn't guarantee how long it would take to be seen so I just left. So basically in a pinch, do you initial appointment here but definitely find another provider to follow up with.

I was a little scared to go here because on their website, they mention surgery a lot, but I’m glad I went. My knee felt off after a long run and I wanted to make sure I didn’t tear anything. I was able to walk into this place without an appointment and be seen pretty quickly. They did an x-ray, showed me some recovery exercises, and set me up with a hinged knee brace - they didn’t want to do anything unnecessary or invasive. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and professional. Thanks for your help!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, with that being said let me tell you no one goes ready to a doctors appointment there’s a lot of fear and tons of questions, but Joanie has been more than great as soon you walk in you get this Lady positive energy no more fear, she’s so understandable of your pain, answer all your questions, she take her time to make sure you walk out of the office understanding everything, business definitely need more people like Joanie !!!!!!!
