You have some great doctors that work here, and I’ve recommended your office to several people. But unfortunately, your billing department SUCKS horribly. Too much to go into here, but I’d be happy to speak to someone who actually gives a crap about how you treat your patients. You should be ashamed of how things are run.

Been to this place several times , medical industry frustrates me- & insurance companies even more. It’s also notable I’m not the easiest person to deal with sometimes* that said , Dr. Davis is grade A. My situation is not ideal, & Ive been working on getting to the bottom of this for a while, they do a good job explaining & guiding & I drive from across town to visit them bc I like them much. Highly recommend.

Dr. Halperin is a very nice man. I did like him, but his office does not have their act together. They keep you waiting way too long and then they just move you to another room and make you wait again for a very long time. I know they expect customers to keep their appointments and be on time. It's not terribly unreasonable to expect the doctors to reasonably keep their appointment as well without making the patient wait for an hour. All I need is about 3 minutes for him to tell me the results of an x-ray. I showed up 10 minutes early and I've been now waiting for 40 minutes.

they didn’t follow up with me after a bad epidural steroid injection procedure. Pain management place told me to call the care team. I called them to let them know about an ER visit I had after it and the care team told me to not call them, and do not call them back, that they would reach out to me, that was weeks ago and I didn’t get a call back until this google review. I do appreciate the call back and the concern so I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. But my experience was still bad.

The Lake Mary office personnel are the most efficient that I have ever dealt with. Today I called and the phone was answered on the first ring and had a new appointment scheduled immediately. I had a shoulder replacement with Dr. Burkkhart and I feel like a new person. I highly recommend this office. I wish every doctor’s office was ran as well as this one is.
