I recently saw Dr. Weber at Orlando Orthopaedic Center regarding a workers’ compensation injury, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.The appointment lasted less than five minutes, and I did not feel that my concerns, symptoms, MRI findings, or functional limitations were thoroughly evaluated. Very few questions were asked during the visit, and there was little discussion regarding treatment options, next steps, or my return-to-work status.What concerns me most is that after reviewing the office notes afterward, there were statements documented that were never discussed with me during the appointment. As a patient, it is frustrating and stressful to feel unheard, especially when your health, work status, and benefits may be impacted by the documentation from a single brief visit.I understand that workers’ compensation cases can be complex, but patients still deserve to feel properly evaluated, listened to, and informed about their care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

I recently visited Dr. Craig Jones after being referred for an MRI to address my sciatica pain. Unfortunately, the experience was far from reassuring or helpful. From the start, Dr. Jones displayed poor bedside manner—he seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment. During our discussion, he was actually doing his dictation right in front of me, which made me feel like I was an afterthought rather than a patient in need of care. He didn't bother explaining anything in layman's terms; instead, he used complex medical jargon that left me confused and frustrated. I had to practically drag answers out of him for even the most basic questions. Most disappointingly, he couldn't (or wouldn't) clearly tell me why I was in so much pain, despite reviewing my MRI results. It felt like he was just going through the motions without any real insight or empathy. On top of that, he didn't even recommend physical therapy as a treatment option until I specifically asked about it. It shouldn't be up to the patient to suggest their own care plan! Overall, this visit was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend Dr. Jones to anyone seeking compassionate, thorough medical attention. If you're dealing with sciatica or similar issues, look elsewhere for a doctor who actually listens and explains things properly.

Worst orthopedic center. First, communication is terrible. They said I had to pay an high balance for a shot. I called my insurance company and they said I’m not responsible for any fee. Thus, I had to schedule another appointment since the first one I declined to pay the high price. I came back for my follow up apt and was told they tried to call me to reschedule but there was nothing on my call log and no voicemail. I took time off work and drove all the way to the office and then I was told that they still need to get approvals on their end and I couldn’t get the shot today. I would have to wait until they get the rest of the approvals even though my insurance already approved it on their end. I’m in pain and can’t find any relief. Go to another orthopedic center. Ever since I’ve been here, it’s been miscommunication and confusion.

I had an excellent experience with Orlando Ortho. It was my second surgery for a herniated disc. The intake was quick and on time, my surgery started exactly when they told me it would, and I was out and back home within a couple of hours. Dr. Rivera has been a great doctor, and his team has been very helpful. They were able to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. Thank you, Keyty and Dr. Rivera. I also received a call from Emily, who let me know I was eligible for the Cigna Pathwell Bone and Joint program. It was easy to sign up, and after that, all costs were covered by insurance. I paid 0 for the surgery, the doctors' cost, the surgery center, and even the follow-up visits. I hope others see my review and, if they are eligible, sign up for the program. Thank you, Emily, once again.

I was originally scheduled for a shoulder replacement surgery but had to reschedule because I could not afford the full out-of-pocket cost. About two days later, I received a phone call from Mrs. Emily Tang with Cigna’s Bone and Joint Bundle Program. She explained that if I qualified, my surgery would be completely covered and I would not have to pay anything.At first, I was understandably hesitant, but given my financial situation, I decided to move forward. Shortly after, a very kind and professional nurse contacted me, reviewed everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and confirmed that I qualified for the program.I had my surgery on December 30, 2025, and I truly did not have to pay a dime. Both Mrs. Tang and the nurse followed up with me after my surgery to make sure everything went well, which meant a great deal to me.I am extremely grateful for the care, support, and compassion I received through this program. I would highly recommend the Bone and Joint Bundle Program to anyone who may benefit from it. It is an outstanding program that more people should know about.
