Daniel at Health Shift has been a staple in helping me keep my body moving and feeling better over the years. From chiropractic adjustments when I unexpectedly tweak something. To writing me workout and injury recovery programs for me to do at home. To in person personalized training sessions tailored to whatever my current goals are. Daniel truly cares for his clients wellbeing and never makes you feel like you’re just a number on his client list. I highly recommend Health shift. And will continue to work with him for years to come. Thanks Daniel!

I started working out with Daniel to learn proper form and build strength after a knee injury. He is so knowledgeable and encouraging. The small classes have helped me build muscle and improve my home workouts. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Daniel! I started going to his kettlebell/functional strength training classes in 2020 for help navigating my fitness journey and to learn how to build strength while managing a low back injury and chronic neck pain. It’s four years later and I’m still a regular at his classes. He’s knowledgeable, kind, patient, and down to earth, and he tailors exercises to each of his clients. He’s taught me how to train in a way that protects my back and honors my body. His classes are fun and help foster a positive, encouraging fitness community.

Through a family friend I was given Dr Cordero’s name and contact information to reach out in regards to healing post concussion. I would say in the conversation I had with Dr Cordero I was blown away by both his compassion and ability to understand where I was coming from in seeking care to address my health post concussion. Even though I wasn’t able to work with Dr Cordero directly as he specializes in muscle rehabilitation, he did offer some information and recommendations for colleagues to reach out to. After Dr Cordero sent me the contacts via email he also texted me back to verify I received it. I’m extremely thankful for Dr Cordero’s compassion and kindness even as an individual who wasn’t a patient. I highly recommend Dr Cordero from my interactions with him.

I was looking for an experienced chiropractor and/or physical therapist to help me with my shoulder pain. I had multiple surgeries and suffered from an imbalance in my upper body. Daniel identified the problem points and customized the exercise plan. Within a week I started to feel much better, and my pain level went down. Daniel regularly followed up with me to ensure that our plan worked and that I was improving. I initially got help from a hospital doctor but decided to stay with Daniel due to the better results after the first visit with him. Daniel is not only a highly educated professional chiropractor but also a compassionate person, and that helps to develop trust during sessions. My husband also worked with Daniel about 8 years ago, starting with working on severe back pain and moving toward a regular exercise routine to maintain a healthy body. We are happy we know Daniel and always recommend him to our friends and family.
