Agile Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine’s Los Altos, California, campus on Fremont Avenue is one of the group’s multiple Bay Area locations. The practice publishes original pickleball content: an article by its physical therapy team on the rise in pickleball injuries, the reasons behind it, and prevention strategies. Covered injuries include wrist and elbow overuse problems, shoulder strain, and injuries from falls, with the practice recommending warm-up, sound technique, and strengthening, supported by physical therapy when rehabilitation or structured prevention is needed.
I am having a wonderful and extremely helpful experience at Agile. Nick has been an incredible help in my journey to recovery after a complete fracture of my left knee and a complete tear of my right shoulder rotator cuff. His empathy, knowledge and application of PT are all outstanding. Being able to use an iPad to see home exercises specific to my needs for follow up after my weekly office visit has also been a bonus. I would highly recommend Agile Physical therapy and Nicholas Weigel.
convenient location, highly qualified physical therapists, one-on-one interaction with therapist for the duration of each visit.
Nick has been a wonderful PT! He has made some very helpful suggestions that have assisted in my progress.
Facility is well equipped. Therapist Nicholas Weigel is knowledgeable.
I don't know why my 1-star review get removed. I spent $300+ for a PT session. At the end the coach said he will send me the exercise list to workout at home. Now it's been 2 weeks and just nothing received. I have called 10+ times at different days during different business hours, morning, afternoon, just no one picks up the phone. There's just one time the phone get picked up and she said she will talk to the coach the same day, so I will receive the list the same day. But then still, nothing happened, nothing received. If you keep removing my 1-start review, I will keep re-posting it.
