Just a couple of months ago I walked into Best Life Chiropractic in sheer agony from a dislocated sternoclavicular joint, the neck side of my collarbone, and walked out a short time later out of pain! In the months following I’ve stressed the joint by simply living life, only to quickly recover after each subsequent visit. I was referred by a friend and would definitely refer a friend, or stranger. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs and very supportive of my recovery. I highly recommend Best Life Chiropractic to improve your overall health and mobility.

I love this office. Dr Palmes is an excellent chiropractor- he muscle tests and adjusts differently to address my issues. Not just the same adjustment to everyone. He adds other modalities like Decompression (a must for my herniated L5), shockwave (to break up scar tissue), laser (to speed recovery). X-rays on site. I went thru treatments with other chiropractors and physical therapist and I have seen the most progress here.The staff is always friendly and scheduling is easy. Can’t say enough good things. Dr Palmes gives talks to educate people on the benefits of chiropractic care.My partner found him for Knee pain and also has seen progress.

Dr. Palmes is very knowledgeable on spine health and PT as well. He was able to diagnose me based on x-rays on the 1st - 2nd visit and we went on to continue treatment within the week of diagnosis. My treatments include adjustments, shockwave, and spine decompression, which were all beneficial to my overall wellbeing. Towards the end of the treatment, I could both see (with x-ray evidence) improvements in my spine and feel much better! Not to forget the two staffs, Symphony and Kay, who were probably one of the most friendly, professional and attentive staffs I’ve seen at any healthcare provider. Overall, I had an amazing experience.

I started to see Dr. Palmes in October of 2024 just for preventative maintenance. I loved how thorough the consultation was. In my experience with other chiropractors, they were quick to begin adjusting, but Dr. Palmes had me get an x-ray, checked my mobility and asked about other issues I may have been experiencing, like headaches and fatigue. I loved my experience so much that I had my skeptical boyfriend pay him a visit as well, and it's safe to see we both love the care we've received from this practice. As soon as you enter to office you can tell that Dr. Palmes, Symphony and Kaye love what they do, and it shows by the level of care and attention they put into each client that walks in. I highly recommend Best Life Chiropractic.

A great Chiropractic office that is welcoming. I left feeling genuinely cared for. The staff are professional and attentive. They listened carefully and answered all of my questions and then explained treatment plans simply and clearly. I was impressed to learn that this fine establishment focuses on lasting relief rather than rushed appointments. I plan to return for further treatments soon.
