I cannot recommend Dr. Shillito and his staff highly enough! I have been to a lot of doctors' offices over the last seven months, and this is by far the most efficient office I have ever stepped into. In fact, I was called back and out of the office before I could even finish filling out my paperwork!Beyond the incredible efficiency, Dr. Shillito was fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what to expect with my upcoming surgery in great detail. I feel completely confident in his care. If you are looking for a great doctor and a smooth, professional experience, this is the place to go.

Dr. Shillito was great. He didn't jump immediately to a surgical solution to my arthritic thumb which was refreshing. He explained how we could remediate my arthritis symptoms via steroidal injections every three and a half months, along with the implementation of a small brace that would ease the pain which he promptly showed one that was available on Amazon, and a less expensive version that would yield the same result. I was grateful for his expertise, kindness, and professionalism. The injection was painless. Thanks, Dr!

Dr. Matthew has been amazing throughout my treatment. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He always takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and find the best solution for my condition. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and experience. My wife can’t walk. She has a stress fracture. She hasn’t been able to walk without crutches for weeks. The doctor ordered an MRI we called the clinic back the next day and they said the order wasn’t put in it. Called the next day and they said the matter wasn’t marked as “urgent” and they needed to do notes or something. Idk what’s not “urgent” about not being able to walk with pain but after waiting over an hour to be seen you’d think these people could do their job. Waiting for authorization is one thing. Taking 48+ hours to submit notes and imaging requests is entirely different.

My first visit to synergy orthopedics the receptionist was warm in her greeting l was directed to the fourth floor, the receptionist let me know to turn left when I arrived on the fourth floor. I was immediately greeted and asked my name my age, I was handed a clipboard and asked to fill all the paperwork out and to feel free if I had any questions to come back to the receptionist desk. after completing all the questionnaires, I was called to the doctors office. a technician greeted me and asked a few questions and said the Doctor would be coming in soon to see me I was then taken to the x-ray room. Several x-rays were taken of my lower back. I was lead back to the Doctors room, and Dr. Chang came in and explained the options l had in detail after examining me. He was very considerate, and took his time Explaining my options. I was very pleased with the Doctor and staff. it was a very pleasant experience for me.
