I lived in Southern California, but I always love Tennessee as I drove through it many times when I was working as a pilot in the east. I decided to visit some friends that had moved here and thought I would look around and maybe consider moving here.When I saw Barton Village and met with the sales person Neena, I ended up buying a home that same day. The nicest people and just a great view and environment to retire in. The entire staff here is awesome and my neighbors that have moved in since have been so fun and incredible. They are still building, but it already has so much to offer and I am having a blast. And my dog totally loves it. Bring more dogs!

My husband and I are so happy to have found Barton Village. We’ve made so many new friends and have enjoyed the active lifestyle Del Webb communities provide. Our Lifestyle Director, Lisa keeps the calendar full with so many great events and programs and you can be as involved as you want. I absolutely love the location and can’t wait for all of the amazing amenities, shops and restaurants that will be built. Living here has been a blessing!

From the sales office (Neena) to my Project Manager (Graham) to the Lifestyle Director (Lisa), I've been super impressed with my Del Webb Barton Village experience so far. So enjoyed live music on the lawn today and yummy BBQ from a food truck - all part of the experience. My new built-to-order house will be finished this summer - can't wait to move in! I've already met three neighbors on my street from events I've been invited to even before I'm a resident - wow!

We moved in to Del Webb Barton Village the end of December. We love it here! It has been a relief to not have to worry about upkeep of the outside- and being able to “lock and go” to travel with peace of mind. The community is great and everyone looks out for one another. Love the activities and making new friends. Pulte has stood by their work and we were very impressed with the build process. Highly recommend!

I am buying a house in Del Web at Barton Village in Lebanon, TN. I have been working with Scott and the another wonderful people at Barton Village. They have treated me like family and made me feel welcome to the village. They have been with me through every step of this process. I am so looking forward to living in Barton Village!!!
