Centennial of Brownsburg has pickleball courts planned for residents and their guests as part of the community’s private recreation program. Centennial is a new 55+ residential community in Brownsburg, Indiana, being built by Davis Homes using an Epcon design. The plan calls for 178 homes, and construction began in early 2026.
