The Chesapeake, Bay Grill and bar is a great restaurant, with a very vibrant crowd. It’s an over 55 community, that anyone can’t come in enjoy from outside the community. Fridays, they usually have live music, and daily specials. Our golf course is also open to the public. Come and enjoy!

Hennessey is by far the best cart girl in my opinion. Throughout the round I see her multiple times and she is always very nice and respectful. She makes the best drinks especially the transfusion. Hands down one of the best cart girls in Lake County.

A must see before you buy anywhere else! It is a gated community with several value added perks! Golf course, spa, gym, tennis court and bocce ball court, pool, a taverne and a restaurant and soon an ice cream shop and these are just to name few....activities are posted monthly and I happened to be there once when they had the Karaoke at the Chesapeake Tavern and it was lots of fun! This is the only community where the builder can change anything inside the model home of your choice and gives you credit if the cost is less than what you decide on! Virginia starts working with you on colors and choices of tile and back splash, doors, cabinets, sink, vanities ... then Jose spends almost a full day with you making all changes your heart desires and shows you what it would look like on a screen in front of you while he is designing on his screen! This is a team who thinks of everything of course all the way to where the tv plug should be! Ms. Lanell who was my first contact and sales person never made me feel like she was actually a sales person because she was more concerned about what would work for me and my lifestyle! I met couple of other sales people like Valerie, office people and they are all lovely and genuine when they tell you they want you to be happy! I can not wait to move there and meet community residents! I am so looking forward to my new place and being part of this community! Played a round here numerous times and the course is always in a great condition for golfing. Things are kept nice always, and I usually never have any issues getting a drink. That’s because of Hennessey, which makes sure you get your drink fast, so you can keep playing and keep the pace of play. Highly recommend this course and staff.

Staff and atmosphere - five stars! Food - a minus one star sometimes, three stars other times. a good restaurant for those who like to gamble with food quality
