We chose Four Seasons at Baymont Farms after looking at 55+ active communities in MD, PA DE and VA. The home floor plan we chose fit our lifestyle and we liked everything about the neighborhood. We committed to the lot in Feb 2022, sold our home in April, put everything we owned in storage or in our RV, which we drove to Alaska. Our KHov sales person, Eban Pinto, sent us weekly progress photos every Sunday, so we knew how the build was progressing. We had been around for other homes we had constructed and worried that being away would be an issue. The build went smoothly and the closing was timed shortly after our return from Alaska. We are happy with our new home and community.

We bought a house in Baymont Farms and it has been a nightmare. However, Eban Pinto was excellent at his job. The service truly is poor, the facts on your problem are sometimes altered and you will probably need an attorney after you go through Arbitration. My recommendation, unless you are up for legal challenges, stay away from this builder! I would also suggest you go to Consumer Affairs website and view the real reviews! It would bode you well if you complained to Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission.

My experience with K. Hovanian homes has been great. I love my new home and the development. Eban Pinto was always helpful and always pleasant to work with. He kept me updated on the progress of my home all along the way. Coop the building manager has been helpful with any issues I have had and always respectful and pleasant to work with. My thanks and appreciation to all.

My husband and I looked at many new home constructions in Florida and in New Jersey from other builders but couldn’t find the right fit of a home. So we then decided to look into Delaware to see if there was a builder that could have what we wanted in a 55+ community. I remember the first conversation with Barbara Johnson telling her that we were lost due to our GPS misguided directions, she reassured me that she would wait and not to worry about being late. We found Barbara so easy to talk with. After touring the K.HOV model homes, both my husband and I instinctively knew that we were going to build our dream home in Middletown Delaware. Barbara took her time to explain all details necessary to start the process of buying and building our new home. We flew back to Florida knowing that we made the right choice. We also had a professional team on our side to guide us with construction and financial decisions. Barbara kept us informed on her weekly communication through emails, phone calls and pictures of our home construction progress. Barbara is simply the best sales consultant. We purchased the Rockford model which we felt would suit our lifestyle. We are enjoying our new K.HOV home and enjoy meeting new neighbors in the community.

Definitely not the most well constructed house we've ever owned but not the worst either. We felt the quality of the materials (like our upgraded quartz and kitchen cabinets) was poor as was the workmanship - painting and caulking were shoddy. The saving grace was our project manager who was an excellent communicator and got things fixed for us quickly. The warranty division also timely responded to and addressed our issues. All that said, the neighborhood is exactly what we were looking for and we're happy to be here.
