I bought a new racquet about 2 months ago and absolutely love it, but unfortunately I scuffed it up a bit so I brought it in for repair. Krista at the front desk assisted me and was very pleasant to work with. The repair work was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I’ll continue to recommend Engage!!

My wife and I stopped by December 21st early that morning to check out the store. The staff was wonderful. The lady that greeted us upon walking in, was so nice and helpful with everything. Then later meeting a great gentleman that actually helped with many tips on playing ( as my wife and I have only been playing a few months now) he gave us so much information to help out our journey into pickleball. Special Thanks to him. We are both so excited to get into full play with paddles we purchased. We have taken a few dinks so far and they feel great at this point.

Wow! Dan was a wealth of knowledge, friendly, funny, and provided outstanding customer service. I bought a blemished paddle. I noticed the skin broke while playing today. I took it up there and Dan immediately apologized and owned it as a defect and made it right. Extremely happy with the customer service and of course the paddle. Love Engage. They got a customer for life here.

I can not say enough about the helpful staff! Even the local customers were helpful and friendly. They taught us so much, my husband had so many questions and they were supportive and helpful! We are new to the sport and they gave us lots of tips. We purchased 3 paddles and will be back as we drive from S Ga to S FL often. Thank you!
