Amazing facility. My son and I have truly dedicated trainers who have helped us immensely. The front office staff goes out of their way to be helpful. As busy as it is, equippment and courts are always readily available. Damien who sits at the front desk and has been at the facility for many years, continues to be always available and helpful. At a recent event when I needed timely help, he was there. A place where familes can feel safe and comfotable. I strongly recommend Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club.

I came to the club in bad shape after a debilitating injury left me bedridden for a time. Everyone there has been warm and friendly towards me, as I (mostly) fixed my issue. The club is a place where I go to feel better. Even on the days that I don’t want to be there, someone like Damien knows how to make me smile.I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone. Thank you to everyone at the Racquet Club for providing such an awesome place to recover and train!

24-hour fitness and racquet club with friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere. One of favorite gyms I have been a member of for ease of access, atmosphere, and bang-for-buck--the variety of equipment is definitely enough to satisfy most gym-goers. Saunas in good condition relative to other gyms.

like so many other reviews on here i have been progressively more and more disappointed - and frankly, appalled - at the new managements blatant disregard for members' satisfaction, as well as the state of the facilities. I cannot say anything that hasn't already been said ad nauseam in other negative reviews except this one observation: is it just me, or are all the 'owner responses' to negative reviews very clearly written by an AI BOT?!?! if this is true, and its pretty obvious that it is, it is just one more example of management not really caring for -or about- the customers and just trying to take as much of our cash with their overpriced amenities and fees. I am not sure just how widely known this is, but programming a bot to automatically respond to specific complaints within negative reviews with the type of response one would like to make is incredibly easy - even for me- and I'm barely computer literate. This allows unscrupulous business' to never have to actually read complaints while maintaining the appearance of a caring and dedicated staff/ management. Anyone who doubts me should go back and read all the 'owner responses' and also do a little research. There are countless tools online that make doing this far too easy for business'. If management is doing this for their responses, it also makes me wonder about the recent positive reviews. As I go back and read them, these positive reviews seem highly suspicious as well. The Tucson Racquet Club has become a business which I am truly sad to have been a patron of and I have been thoroughly rubbed the wrong way. Ok, my apologies- rant over- but I hope anyone who didn't notice these things before has started to now. If not here, than on other business' review pages.

Food is AMAZING, a lap pool, normal pool, half court basketball, a normal basketball court, three volleyball courts, about forty two outdoor courts for racquetball, indoor racquetball courts, a steam sauna, a dry sauna, a gym,(free weight room and machine room) a live band on Friday nights in the summer, a indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi,(the indoor one is 18+) the view is SPECTACULAR, clearly showing the mountain's beauty, there's a hair salon, a massage area, and many more that would take me forever to type, like multiple morning and daily classes and camps.
