Sandy Springs Racquet Center sits in the heart of Atlanta’s northern business district, serving as the pickleball and tennis hub for North Fulton, Dunwoody, Roswell, Cobb County, and Buckhead, home to more than 130 USTA and ALTA teams. The center’s own materials describe a large LED-lighted complex mixing hard and clay tennis courts with permanent pickleball courts. Programming runs deep: pickleball ladder leagues sorting players by skill through round-robin promotion and relegation, junior after-school and summer camp programs for ages 7 to 14, adult clinics, and periodic cash-prize tournaments like the SSRC Moneyball event and the Georgia Pickleball Association’s Earth Day Slam.
