Privacy Policy
Version Date: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [Pickler Junction LLC], a [STATE] limited liability company (“Pickler Junction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with picklerjunction.com and our related services, content, tools, and, where offered, products (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. Account details such as name, email, and password; business and listing information you submit or claim; newsletter and SMS sign-ups and the phone number you provide; reviews and other content; messages you send us; and, where you purchase, billing and order information (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our providers may collect log and usage data, including IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and timestamps, through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. Business and location data from public sources and providers such as Google Places, and information from analytics, advertising, and service partners, used to build and enrich listings and operate the Services.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and support analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them. Do Not Track: because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; display and maintain listings; create accounts and process listing claims, subscriptions, and purchases; send transactional messages, newsletters, and, where you have consented, marketing and SMS messages; personalize content; measure and analyze usage; support advertising; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:
- Service providers who process information on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, mapping and place data, and payment processing.
- Advertising and analytics partners, as described in Section 5.
- Other users and the public, where you submit listing information or reviews, which are displayed publicly.
- Legal and protective purposes, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Note for California residents: certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law. See Section 7 for your opt-out rights.
5. Advertising and Analytics
We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how the Services are used, and we may use advertising and remarketing services that set cookies to show relevant ads on other sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can manage interest-based advertising through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative.
6. Your Choices
You may update or delete your account information, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and control cookies in your browser. Transactional messages necessary to operate the Services may still be sent.
7. Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request correction; to request deletion; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may submit a request using the contact details in Section 12, and we will verify your request before responding. Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
EU, UK, and EEA residents (GDPR). Where applicable, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Our legal bases for processing include your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time and have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any right, contact us using Section 12. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain listings, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Users
We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
