I loved my newest birthday gift, a Selkirk paddle. I tried many of my friends’ paddles before I chose one. I was very pleased with my Paddle but even more so after having it for 3 months and using it about 3x a week, it had a problem with something breaking within and making a shaking feeling internally. I looked on the website for customer support and they were amazing. It has a wonderful warranty which I hadn’t needed to already register and I did not have to verify where it was purchased or when. The company was completely supportive after completing the form with photos and a video, they sent a new paddle immediately. With a fully paid label for me to return the damaged one. This all occurred in less than a week. Amazing customer support! The agent was so helpful with the process but if you prefer you can do it completely online too. I know my product had an issue but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Selkirk which I have to all of my PB friends and family. Well worth the price with this support! When I added the pic I realize I sent my name band for paddle back to them… bummer! Oh well so happy to have this paddle again in A1 condition!

I reached out to Selkirk as I had noticed cracks at the top of my paddle.The initial contact with Customer Service to the end result, where I put through my Warranty Claim was seamless.The TEAM from start to finish was extremely professional and efficient and my contact person Desiree answered any and all questions that I had with this claim.The end result was very satisfying, as I received a new replacement Selkirk ERA Power Pickleball Paddle within 4 days of my initial inquiry.WOW!I am very happy to be a part of the Selkirk family!

A great company with great products but beware of import and duty fees on warrantied items if you live in Canada. In addition to having to wait for your warrantied product’s replacement, there could be many additional costs! Also, it seems that you are not able to purchase different products or receive a credit towards a future purchase. (I had the side guard of my paddle malfunction and didn’t want to wait for a replacement to be delivered to Canada so went out and bought a new paddle here so I could continue to play pickleball.) A credit towards a future Selkirk purchase would have been appreciated.

The Selkirk Boomstik is an absolute rocket. It delivers explosive power, elite spin, and a surprisingly forgiving sweet spot while still maintaining excellent stability at the kitchen. The full-foam core gives it a solid, premium feel, making drives, counters, and put-aways incredibly satisfying. If you're an aggressive 4.0+ player looking to dictate rallies, this paddle is a game changer. The only real downsides are its premium price and reports of occasional edge guard issues, though Selkirk's lifetime warranty helps offset that concern. Overall, one of the most exciting power paddles on the market.

The customer service was prompt, friendly and professional. Ariff ensured I was taken care of and he followed up on my warranty claim when there were shipping delays. Managing expectations with friendly and knowledgeable support is really important for me!
