The Pink Pickleball Event is an annual charity tournament in California’s Coachella Valley benefiting the Desert Cancer Foundation, held each year since its first edition in November 2022. The student founded event has grown from about 25 teams in its first year to a tournament backed by more than 20 international and local sponsors, and organizers state the event has helped generate substantial funds for cancer care in the valley. Participants compete against other teams and individuals for prizes from event sponsors while supporting the foundation’s patient assistance work.
